Terms of Service

1. The service

TEAMAD lets creators plan their collabs, share ideas and references for the videos, upload footage in a shared space, review and approve the finished content and publish it, also automatically, to their own TikTok and Instagram accounts.

2. Accounts

Access is by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old, keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give MAD BOYS EOOD the permission needed to store, process, edit and publish it within the service, for the collabs you take part in and in line with the agreements between the participants.

You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload, including the consent of the people who appear in it, and that it complies with the law and with the rules of the platforms where it is published.

4. Publishing on TikTok and Instagram

Automatic publishing works only after you connect your TikTok or Instagram account and authorise TEAMAD. TEAMAD publishes only the content that has been approved and scheduled, using TikTok's Content Posting API and Meta's Instagram Graph API.

You can disconnect your accounts at any time. When you publish through TEAMAD you must also respect the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

• do not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• do not use the service to send spam or to publish without the consent of the account owner;
• do not try to access other people's data or to disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability

We work to keep TEAMAD available and secure, but the service is provided as is and may have interruptions, also because of the third-party platforms it connects to.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAD BOYS EOOD is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of the service, nor for changes or outages of TikTok, Instagram or other third-party services.

8. Termination

You can stop using TEAMAD and ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to madboyseood@gmail.com. We may close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
