Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TEAMAD is operated by MAD BOYS EOOD, the data controller. Contact: madboyseood@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and role, used to sign in. Accounts are created by invitation.
• Collab content: plans, scenes, notes, reference links, and the videos and photos uploaded by creators.
• Usage data: work sessions, messages exchanged in the platform and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

3. Data we receive from TikTok

When a creator connects their TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and authorises TEAMAD, we receive:

• basic profile information (display name and avatar), to show which account is connected;
• the access tokens needed to publish, through the Content Posting API, the videos the creator has approved;
• the status of each post we publish.

We use these data only to publish the content the creator has approved. We do not read the creator's other TikTok content, messages or followers.

4. Data we receive from Instagram

When a creator connects an Instagram professional account through Meta's Instagram Graph API, we receive the basic account information (username and profile picture), the permission to publish the approved posts and the status of each post. They are used only to publish the content the creator has approved.

5. Why we use the data

• to provide the service: organising collabs, storing footage, reviewing and approving content;
• to publish approved content on the creator's own accounts, only after their authorisation;
• to keep the platform secure and to communicate with users.

The legal bases are the performance of the service agreed with the user and, for the connection of social accounts, the consent given when authorising TEAMAD.

6. Who processes the data for us

We do not sell personal data. We share them only with the providers that run the service for us, bound by data processing agreements:

• cloud hosting and database (Supabase, through Lovable Cloud);
• file archive (Google Drive);
• automatic transcription and translation of video audio (Google Gemini);
• transactional email (Resend);
• TikTok and Meta, only to publish the content the creator has authorised.

7. How long we keep the data

Account data and collab content are kept while the account is active. Social access tokens are deleted when the creator disconnects the account or the account is closed. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

8. Disconnecting and deleting data

A creator can disconnect TikTok or Instagram at any time from TEAMAD, or remove TEAMAD's access from the settings of the TikTok or Instagram app. After disconnection we no longer publish on that account and we delete the related tokens.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to madboyseood@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

10. Age

TEAMAD is intended only for people aged 18 or over.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated in the platform.
